随着气候变暖和降水变异的加剧,极端天气现象出现的频次在增加,农业生产和农户收益不确定性在加剧。为此,我们将如何应对气候威胁,确保农业收益呢?近日,日本一家农业种植大户在日本宫城县、茨城县、福岛县等地,十多个农场光伏产业园正在如火如荼的施工建设中。
